Sāpju vērtēšanas standarts bērniem vecumā no 3 - 6 gadiem

Abstract

Pētniecības darba mērķis: noskaidrot praktizējošo māsu zināšanas par sāpju novērtēšanas pazīmēm un to noteikšanas metodēm bērniem vecumā no 3 – 6 gadiem. Darbā analizēta pieejamā informācija par Virdžīnijas Hendersones teorijas jēdzieniem, par sāpēm un to ietekmi uz bērna organismu, zinātnieku pētījumi par bērna sāpju novērtēšanas kritērijiem māsas praksē, par sāpju intensitātes un kvalitātes novērtēšanas skalām un metodēm, kā arī par māsas praksi un sāpju novērtēšanu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas, kas ietver sevī 1 tabulu, 7 pielikumus un 11 attēlus. Darbā izmantots 31 literatūras avots, no tiem 4 angļu valodā, 2 vācu valodā, 1 krievu valodā un 24 avoti latviešu valodā.

The Bachelor work author: Iveta Dalibo. The title of the Bachelor work - The Pain Assessment Scale of Children Between the Ages of Three and Six Years. The hypothesis of the Bachelor work - knowledge of practising nurses about pain assessment symptoms and methods for children between ages of three and six is not sufficient. The Bachelor work analyses: V. Henderson theory of nursing, pain and its influence on child’s body, scientific research results on child’s pain assessment criteria for nursing and pain intensity and quality assessment scales as well as nursing practice and pain assessment. The Bachelor work consists of : the theoretical part, the analytical part which contains one table, eleven pictures and seven appendixes. List of literature contains 31 literature source of which four are in the English Language, two is in the German Language, one is in the Russian Language and twenty-four are in the Latvian Language.
