Bakalaura darba tēma ir „ Aprūpes aspekti ftiziopulmonoloģijas pacientu aprūpē pediatrijā. ” Pētījuma mērķis - noskaidrot būtiskākos aprūpes aspektus ftiziopulmonoloģijas pacientu aprūpē pediatrijā. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments – intervija. Aptaujātas desmit māsas, kuras ikdienā aprūpē bērnus ar ftiziopulmonoloģiskām saslimšanām. Darba gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka būtiskākie aprūpes aspekti ftiziopulmonoloģijas pacientu aprūpē ir bērna labsajūta, sakārtota vide, ģimenes atbalsts, dienas režīms un aprūpes personāla attieksme. Pētījuma ietvaros tika analizēts K. Martinsenas rūpju teorijas pielietojums bērnu aprūpē. Tika veikta literatūras analīze par tuberkulozes izplatību, diagnostiku un ārstēšanu, bērna attīstību un bērna aprūpi slimnīcas vidē. Pētījumā izmantoti 32 literatūras avoti.

The aim of the research was to identify the essential aspects of care of paediatric patients suffering from tuberculosis and lung diseases. Qualitative method of research was applied, and interview as a research tool was used. Ten nurses daily taking care on children with tuberculosis and lung diseases were interviewed. Child’s feeling of comfort, appropriate environment, family support, schedule of the day, and attitude of care givers as more essential aspects of paediatric care. were mentioned Care theory application worked out by Martinsena, K. as a part of the research was studied. Literature analysis on prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis, child’s development and care in hospital environment was performed. Thirty-two references in research were used.
