Sabiedrības informētība, zināšanas par parodontozi un tās profilaksi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Sabiedrības informētība, zināšanas par parodontozi un tās profilaksi”. Zinātniski pētnieciskais darbs sniedz informāciju par siekalu nozīmi, parodontozes attīstību, par parodonta slimību formām un parodontozes saistību ar citiem orgāniem, kā arī par parodontozes profilaksi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaĜām, 6 apakšnodaĜām, secinājumiem, ieteikumiem, 44 literatūras avotiem, 5 pielikumiem un dokumentārās lapas. Darbam ir 51 lappuse, tajā iekĜauti 14 attēli. Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta māszinību teorētiėes D. E. Oremas pašaprūpes teorija. Darba mērėis: noskaidrot sabiedrības informētību un zināšanas par parodontozi un tās profilaksi. Pētījuma veikšanai izvēlēta kvantitatīvā metode–anketēšana. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze ir: sabiedrība nav pietiekoši informēta par parodontozi un tās profilaksi. Hipotēze pētījuma gaitā apstiprinās daĜēji, jo rezultāti rāda, ka lielākā daĜa pacienti ir informēti par parodontozi, bet profilakses pasākumu veikšana netiek ievērota, jo pacientiem nav pareizas mutes dobuma higiēnas iemaĦas. Pētījuma rezultāti ir apkopoti un attēloti diagrammu veidā. Atslēgvārdi: parodontoze, parodontozes profilakse, mutes dobuma higiēna.

The subject of bachelor’s work is ”Society knowledge and information level about periodontal disease and its prevention”. Scientific research work lends an information about a sense of saliva, evolution of paradontosis, about shapes of disease, connection with other organs, as well as prevention of paradontosis. The bachelor’s work consists of introduction, four chapters, six subdivisions, conclusion, recomemendations, 44 bibliographical particulars, 5 additions and a documentary page. The work comprises 51 pages, it includes 14 pictures. The bacleor’s work incorporates Nursing theorizer’s D.E. Oremas theory about the self care. The aim of the work is to size up the situation about awareness and knowledge of society about paradontosis and its prevention. The quantitative method – questionnaire has been chosen for research. The advanced hypothesis is that society is not informed enough about paradontosis and its prevention. Hypothesis gets partial affirmation because the results of the questionnaire show that the greatest part of patients know about paradontosis, but they take no measures of prevention because patients have not the right skills of oral cavity hygiene.
