Pētījuma mērķis - izpētīt izejas FSH līmeņa serumā sievietei saistību ar olnīcu stimulācijas iznākumu. Pētījumā tika iekļautas 66 (48%) sievietes, kurām tika veikta olnīcu stimulācija pēc garā protokola. Pēc pētījuma datiem noskaidrots, ka pastāv vāja korelācija starp izejošā FSH līmeņa serumā un stimulācijas rezultātā iegūto olšūnu skaitu, kas nesniedz statistisko nozīmību. Tomēr visa pētījuma izlasē pastāv vidēji cieša korelācija starp izejošā FSH/LH attiecību un stimulācijas rezultātā iegūto olšūnu skaitu. Tātad pēc pētījumā iegūtajiem datiem varam secināt, ka ciešāka korelācija pastāv starp FSH/LH attiecību un iegūto olšūnu skaitu, nekā starp izejošā FSH līmeni un iegūto olšūnu skaitu. Veicot pētījuma statistikas analīzi izmantojot Vitnija-Manna testu (p>0,05) iegūtie rezultāti nesniedz statistisko nozīmību. Purpose is to evaluate the women basal FSH level in predicting IVF results. Research included 66 (48%) women, undergoing IVF treatment with long protocol. According to research data, has shown that there is a poor correlation between serum FSH basal level and retrieved oocytes count, which do not provide statistical significance. However, all the research population, there is a middle close correlation between the average outgoing FSH/LH ratio and number of retrieved oocytes. So after the study findings, we can conclude that there is a closer correlation between the FSH/LH ratio and the number of retrieved oocytes than the basal FSH and number of retrieved oocytes. In the study of statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney test (p> 0.05) the results do not provide statistical significance.
