Empātija-māsas prakses neatņemama sastāvdaļa

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Empātija – māsu prakses neatņemama sastāvdaļa” sastāv no divām nodaļām, četrām apakšnodaļām un četriem pielikumiem, kuros ietvertas sešas tabulas. Darba izstrādē analizēti trīsdesmit divi literatūras avoti. Darba apjoms – 37 lappuses. Darba mērķis noskaidrot to, cik ļoti māsa spēj iejusties pacienta lomā, kā arī saistību starp empātiju un māsu darba pieredzi, kā arī nodaļu profilu, kurā māsa strādā. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, kuras instruments ir strukturēta intervija, tiek iegūtas dažādu nodaļu māsu atbildes par māsu praksi, ētiku un empātiju māsu praksē. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļo māsu domas un attieksmi pret pacientiem, pret empātijas pielietojumu māsas praksē, kā arī raksturo māsas emocijas, kas saistītas ar pacientu aprūpi. Bachelor’s work “Empathy – the integral part of nursing” consist of two sections, four subsections and four supplements, which include six tables. Thirty two referents are analyzed in the work. Volume of this work is 37 pages. Aim of study is get to now – how can the nurse to put oneself in patient place, as well as connection between nurse practice time and empathy, as well as relation between department of the hospital where the nurse works and empathy. Interviewing was used as a qualitative approach of research, over viewing the nurse answers about nursing, ethics and empathy in nurse practice. Results of study show mind nurse attitude to patients, empathy in nurse practice and describe emotions of nurse in the work with patients. Keywords: empathy, caring, suffering, patient, nurse.
