Sociālais darbs ar patvēruma meklētājiem

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Sociālais darbs ar patvēruma meklētājiem”. Diplomdarbs ir izstrādāts saskaņā ar darba mērķi un noteiktiem uzdevumiem. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, kas veido darba bāzi. Katra no diplomdarba nodaļām ir veltītā atsevišķai tēmai, bet visas nodaļas ir savstarpēji saistītas un attiecas pret sociālo darbu ar patvēruma meklētājiem, bēgļiem un personām ar alternatīvo statusu. Diplomdarbā tika veikts teorētiskais, kā arī empīriskais pētījumi. Teorētiskā analīze ir iesvērtā pirmās trīs nodaļās, pēdēja darba nodaļa ir veltītā empīriskam pētījumam. Diplomdarba ietvaros, autore ir teorētiski pētījusi patvēruma meklētāju, bēgļu un personu ar alternatīvo statusu jēdzienus. Tika analizēts patvēruma piešķiršanas process, patvēruma meklētāju aizsardzības sistēma, patvēruma meklētāju integrācijas process un sociāla darba pieredze ar patvēruma meklētājiem ārvalstīs. Empīriski tika pētīts sociālais darbs ar patvēruma meklētājiem Latvijā izmantojot darba ar patvēruma meklētājiem speciālistu un patvēruma meklētājas atzinumus. Pētījuma rezultātā empīriskajā daļā tika apstiprināti daudzi secinājumi, kuri bija izvirzīti teorētiskajā daļā. Tika noskaidrota sociālā darba ar patvēruma meklētājiem ietekme uz viņu integrācijas procesu un sociālā darba nozīme šajā procesā speciālistu un patvēruma meklētājas interpretējumā, ņemot vērā patvēruma meklētāju valsts aizsardzības sistēmu. The title of degree work is «Social work with asylum seekers». Degree work is developed according to the established purpose and tasks of work. Work consists of four parts which make base of degree work. Each of parts is devoted the theme, but all parts are connected among themselves and has a direct bearing on social work with asylum seekers, and also refugees and persons with the alternative status. Work consists of theoretical and empirical research. The theoretical part occupies first three parts of degree work, in turn; the empirical part corresponds to the fourth part of work. Within the limits of work the author has theoretically studied concepts about asylum seekers, refugees and persons with the alternative status. Also process of asylum assignment, system of asylum seekers protection, process of integration of asylum seekers and experience of social work with asylum seekers in other countries has been analyzed. Empirical research has included the analysis of social work with asylum seekers and their integration into Latvian community, being based on opinions of experts and asylum seekers. As a result of research many conclusions made in a theoretical part of work have been confirmed in empirical part. Also influence of social work with asylum seekers on process of their integration and value of social work in this process, in interpretation of experts and the asylum seeker has been defined, taking in attention the state of system of asylum seekers protection.
