Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt ekonomisko rīku izmantošanu Krievijas ārpolitikā attiecībā pret Gruziju, Ukrainu un Moldovu 19991-2012 gadam, un izdarīt secinājumus par tās attīstības tendencēm- vai ir notikusi pāreja uz biežāku pozitīvo stimulu izmantošanu salīdzinājumā ar negatīvajām sankcijām. Par galvenajiem uzdevumiem ir izvirzīti teorētiskās informācijas apkopošana par ekonomisko rīku veidiem, izpētot jau veiktos pētījumus. Pamatojoties uz to, tiks attīstīta empīriskā daļa, analizējot šo instrumentu izmantošanu Krievijas ārpolitikā, definējot to mērķus un rezultātus, kā arī klasificējot tos pēc negatīvo un pozitīvo ekonomisko rīku pazīmēm. Darba nobeigumā tiek secināts, ka hipotēze nav pierādījusies, jo attiecībā pret šīm valstīm nevar viennozīmīgi apgalvot, ka ir notikusi pāreja uz ekonomisko stimulu izmantošanu. The aim of this bachelor’s paper is to explore the use of economic tools in Russian foreign policy from 1991 to 2012 against Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova and to draw conclusions about its main tendencies- whether there has been a transition from implementing more negative sanctions to using more positive incentives. The main tasks of the paper are to gather available theoretical information about the main types of economic tools by exploring the studies already made in this field. Based on the theoretical information, to develop an empirical part where an analysis of the use of economic tools in Russian foreign policy is made by defining its aims, results and the type. In the conclusion the hypothesis is rejected as in relation to these three countries it can’t be assumed that there has been a transition to use more economic incentives.
