NATO un ES rīcība un sadarbība Lībijas pilsoņu kara risināšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „NATO un ES sadarbība un rīcība Lībijas pilsoņu kara risināšanā” mērķis bija izpētīt, kādas rīcības veica NATO un ES, un vai to starpā pastāvēja sadarbība, lai pārtrauktu Pilsoņu karu Lībijā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika aplūkota starpvaldību organizāciju teorijas, kādas lomas SO pastāv starptautiskajā vidē, kādas ir tās struktūras un sadarbības iespējas. Tika apskatīti teorētiskie aspekti Pilsoņu karam un humanitārajai intervencei. Izpētot NATO un ES rīcības tika konstatēts, ka NATO realizēja visas ieroču embargo, uzlidojumus, lidojuma aizlieguma zonas uzturēšanu, savukārt ES, līdzekļu iesaldēšanu pret Cilvēktiesībās apsūdzētajiem, un humanitārās palīdzības sniegšanu. Tika konstatēts, ka pilsoņu kara laikā sadarbība starp NATO un ES, kā Starpvaldību Organizācijām nepastāvēja.

The tilte of the Bachelors thesis is “NATO and EU actions and cooperation in resolving the Libyan civil war” and it’s aim was to explore what kind of action took NATO and EU, and did the organizations cooperate to cease civil war in Libya. In the theoretical part of the thesis author looked upon the theoretical part of Intergovernmental organizations, what kind of role they impose in International relations, and what kind of roles they implement, what is the structure and how do IGO’s cooperate. The theoretical aspects of Civil war and Humanitarian intervention were discussed. Examining actions of NATO and EU, was found that NATO implemented arms embargo, no fly zone and air raids, but EU froze assets, implemented humanitarian aid.
