Alkohola politikas izvērtējums Latvijā no 2005.gada līdz 2012.gadam

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Alkohola politikas izvērtējums Latvijā no 2005. gada līdz 2012. gadam. Pētījuma hipotēze: alkohola politika Latvijā laika posmā no 2005. gada līdz 2012. gadam ir bijusi efektīva, jo tā ir sasniegusi 2005. gada politikas plānošanas dokumentos norādītos izmērāmos mērķus. Izstrādātā darba mērķis ir izvērtēt alkohola politiku un tās ieviešanu Latvijā norādītajā laika periodā izmantojot klasiskās politikas ieviešanas teorijas. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts veicot padziļinātu politisko iniciatīvu ieviešanas teoriju izpēti, lai šīs teorijas pielietotu Latvijas situācijas analīzei norādītajā laika periodā. Pētījuma rezultāti liek secināt, ka hipotēze ir apgāzta, jo par sasniegtu var uzskatīt tikai vienu no trim izmērāmajiem kritērijiem.

The topic of this thesis is Evaluation of Alcohol Policy in Latvia from Year 2005 till Year 2012. The hypothesis of the research: alcohol policy in Latvia from year 2005 till year 2012 has reached the measurable goals indicated in policy planning documents in 2005. The goal of this paper is to evaluate alcohol policy and its implementation in Latvia during the indicated time period using the classic implementation studies theories. This thesis has been developed by carrying out an in depth analysis of classic and current implementation theories to use these theories in analyzing the situation in Latvia during the given time period. Results of the study indicate that the hypothesis has been disproven because only one of the three measurable goals was achieved.
