dc.description.abstract | Darbā iegūtas desmit jaunas afobazola dihidrogēnhlorīda kristāliskās formas, kas raksturotas, izmantojot modernās analīzes metodes: rentgendifraktometrijas, diferenciāli skanējošās kalorimetrijas, termogravimetrijas, infrasarkanās spektroskopijas, gāzu hromatogrāfijas, Karla – Fišera un potenciometrisko titrimetriju. Veikti afobazola polimorfo formu stabilitātes un fāžu pārēju pētījumi dažādu temperatūru un gaisa relatīvā mitruma apstākļos. Noteiktas stabilākās formas dažādos gaisa relatīvajos mitrumos. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | In this work ten new crystalline forms of afobazole dihydrogenchloride were produced that were described using modern methods of analysis: X-ray diffractometry, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry, infrared spectroscopy, gas chromatography, Karl - Fischer and potentiometric titrimetry. The investigation of polymorphic forms stability of afobazole and phase transitions depending on temperature and air relative humidity was carried out. The most stabile phases were established at different relative humidities. | en_US |
