Lauksaimniecības nozare saskaras ar ražas produktivitātes samazināšanos dažādu nelabvēlīgo apkārtējās vides faktoru ietekmē.
Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot bioloģisko aģentu (Trichoderma harzianum preparāta un 20% vermikomposta ekstrakta) ietekmi uz stresa aizsargreakcijām un karstuma izturību dārza pupiņām.
Oksidatīvo enzīmu aktivitāti noteica spektrofotometriski, hlorofila a fluorescenci – ar Handy PEA fluorescences analizatoru.
Pēc iegūtajiem datiem novēroja, ka bioloģiskie preparāti paaugstina enzīmu aktivitāti. Fotosintēzes fotoķīmisko reakciju kopējo efektivitāti (PI) augstāku uzrādīja Trichoderma harzianum, nekā kontroles un ar vermikomposta ekstraktu apstrādātajos augos.
Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts LU Bioloģijas fakultātes Augu fizioloģijas laboratorijā, laika posmā no 2010. gada septembra līdz 2011. gada maijam. Agriculture industry deal more and more with reduced yields because of different biotic and abiotic stress.
The purpose of this work was to find out effect of biological agents (Trichoderma harzianum preparation and vermicompost extract) on putative protective responses and heat shock resistance in garden bean plants.
Oxidative enzyme activity was measured with spectrophotometer; chlorophyll a fluorescence – with Handy PEA fluorescence analyzer.
According to results, biological agents increased oxidative enzyme activity. In addition, photochemical index (PI) of photosynthesis was higher in one-leaf treatment with Trichoderma harzianum, in comparison to control plants or plants treated with vermicompost extract.
Bachelor thesis was elaborated from September 2010 till May 2011 in department of Plant Physiology, Faculty of Biology, University of Latvia.
