Spējās izstrādes metodes mazo projektu izstrādei

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt dažādas spējās izstrādes metodes, un secināt, kuras no tām ir piemērotas maziem IT projektiem, lai vēlāk pielietotu konkrēta uzņēmuma vidē, kas nodarbojas ar e-komercijas risinājumiem. Autors ir veicis deviņu populārāko metodoloģiju ideju, procesu, lomu un prakšu analīzi, ar mērķi noteikt spējās izstrādes metodes, kuras ir orientētas uz maziem projektiem. Darba ietvaros tika veikts eksperiments, kura laikā atbilstošas pieejas tika pielietotas projekta izstrādē, ar mērķi uzzināt, kuras prakses vislabāk uzlabo konkrētā uzņēmuma izstrādes procesus. Rezultātā tika noteiks, kuru no visām spējās izstrādes metodēm vislabāk izvēlēties uzņēmumam, kas nodarbojas ar maziem projektiem.

The main idea of the bachelor thesis is to explore available agile methodologies and conclude which one is suitable for small IT projects, in order to apply new practices in company that provides e-commerce solutions. Author analyzed scopes, processes, roles and practises of nine popular agile methods to identify which practices are supposed for small projects. In the course of the thesis author made an experiment, which includedapplyingsuitableagile methods in web project development, with purpose to find out best practises to improve certain company development processes. As a result, it was determined which one of the agile methologies are best to choose for a company that works on small projects.
