Tīmekļa vietnes lietojamības palielināšana

Abstract

Ik dienu pieaug tīmekļa lietotāju skaits, līdz ar to konkurences apstākļos ir svarīgi, lai tīmekļa vietne varētu piesaistīt lietotāja uzmanību un palīdzēt viņam atrast to, kā dēļ lietotājs iegājis tīklā. Lai pievilktu lietotāja uzmanību, tīmekļa lapai jābūt ērti lietojamai. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt tīmekļa vietnes lietojamības definīciju, pētīt, kāpēc lietojamība ir svarīga tīmekļa vietnei un ko tā ietekmē. Tika pētīti lietojamības novērtēšanas rīki un metodes, metodoloģijas lietojamības palielināšanai. Bakalaura darba autore veica pētījumu par lietojamības svarīgumu, kam tā ir vajadzīga. Autore pētīja lietojamības analīzes rīkus, testēšanas iespējas un to rezultātus, un gala rezultātā izveidoja metodoloģiju tīmekļa vietnes izstrādei, kas nodrošinās vietnes augstu lietojamību un apmeklētību.

Every day grows number of Internet users and in the competitive conditions it is important that a website can attract the user's attention and help him find something wherefore user came. In order to attract the user's attention, a web page should be easy to use, i.e. should have good usability. The aim of work is to explore the web site usability definition, to explore why usability is important for the website and what it affects. Studied usability evaluation tools and methods, methodology to increase the usability. The author of bachelor researched the importance of usability and who needs it. Author investigated usability analysis tools, test facilities and their results, and as a result created a methodology for developing web sites, so website will provide a high level of usability and attendance.
