SIA "ESA" saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „SIA „ESA” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības iespējas”. Šī darba mērķis ir noteikt finansiālo stāvokli SIA „ESA”, veicot uzņēmuma finanšu analīzi un noteikt uzņēmuma attīstības iespējas nākotnē, plānojot uzņēmuma darbību, uz kā pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus darbības uzlabošanai. Lai izstrādātu šo darbu, autore sadalīja darbu 2 lielās daļās, ar 5 apakšnodaļām katrā daļā. Tas ir veikts ar mērķi, lai darba lasītājiem un pašai autorei vieglāk orientēties darbā, un uztvert darbā sniegto informāciju. Darba pirmajā daļā autore izanalizē finansiālā stāvokļa noteikšanas metodes, īpaši pievēršot uzmanību finanšu analīzei ar finanšu koeficientu palīdzību, novērtēta nepieciešamība plānot uzņēmuma darbību, analizētas investēšanas vērtēšanas metodes, izpētīti finanšu resursi, kā arī izanalizēta plānotā budžeta nozīme, tā izstrādes nepieciešamība un tās metodes. Darba otrajā daļā, savukārt, veikta uzņēmuma darbības specifika, tā nozares attīstība kopumā, noteikta uzņēmuma finansiālā situācija, izvērtēta jaunas tehnikas investēšanas efektivitāte, uz kā pamata izstrādās budžets nākošajam gadam un novērtēta tā ietekme uz uzņēmuma finansiālo situāciju. Diplomdarba beigās tika secināts, ka darba mērķis ir izpildīts: uzņēmuma attīstības iespējas ir noskaidrotas un tā ietekme uz finansiālo situāciju arī ir izanalizēta. Darbu var izmantot tālākai darbībai uzņēmums, izvirzot mērķus nākotnē. Kopumā darbs sastāv no 2 daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbā izmantoti 26 literatūras un avotu resursi. Darbā ietvertas 23 tabulas, 15 attēli, tai skaitā shēmas un grafiki, 10 pielikumiem, kas ir uzņēmuma gada pārskati. Darbs sastāv no 73 lapaspuses.

The theme of the diploma's paper is the economic activity analysis and progress option of entity "ESA" The aim of this work is to determine the financial position of the company "ESA" by managing the company's financial analysis and to identify business development opportunities for the future by planning operations of the company, on which basis to develop the proposals for improvement of the operation of the company. To develop this work, the author has divided the work in two main parts, with five subsections in each part. This is done so that the readers and its author can more easily orient in the paper and find the necessary information, either on literary analysis, or in the practical calculations of the company. In the first part the paper the author analyzes the methods of determining the financial situation, especially focusing on the financial analysis with the help of the financial coefficient; evaluates the need to plan the operations for the company; analyzes the investment evaluation methods, examines the financial resources as well as analysis of the proposed budget for the role and its need for the development and design techniques. In the second part, however, the company specifics of the development is made, its growth in the sector as a whole, the company's financial situation is established, the effectiveness of investing in new machinery is assessed, on which basis the budget for the coming year is developed and its impact on the company's financial situation is assessed. At the end of the diploma work it was concluded that the goal is met: the company's development potential has been established and its impact on the financial situation is also analyzed. Work can be used for further activities for companies by setting goals for the future. In general the work consists of two parts: conclusions and proposals. The paper was written using 26 sources of literature and resources. The paper contains 23 tables, 15 figures, including charts and graphs, 10 annexes, which are the company's annual reports. Work consists of 73 pages.
