Bakalaura darba „KASKO produkta problemātika un attīstības tendences Baltijā” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz statistiskajiem datiem, analizēt KASKO apdrošināšanas veida ietekmi nedzīvības apdrošināšanas tirgū, kā arī salīdzināt KASKO apdrošināšanas veida raksturojošos rādītājus starp trijām Baltijas valstīm un dot priekšlikumus par KASKO apdrošināšanas veida iespēām attīstīties. KASKO apdrošināšanas veidā, līdz ekonomiskās krīzes sākumam, ir vērojama parakstīto bruto prēmiju palielinājums, kas skaidrojams ar tarifu celšanu, valstu attīstību un klientu skaita palielināšanos. Savukārt, sākoties ekonomiskai lejupslīdei cilvēki sāk atteikties no šī apdrošināšanas veida, jo tas ir brīvprātīgs apdrošināšanas veids, kā pasargāt savu mantu. Bachelor thesis " CASCO product issues and trends in the Baltic States" target is, based on statistical data, analyze the impact of CASCO insurance product on non-life insurance market, as well as compare CASCO insurance main indicators characterizing the three Baltic countries and make proposals for a CASCO insurance product to evolve. CASCO insurance, until the beginning of the economic crisis, has been increasing its market share in written gross premiums, which can be explained by a tariff-building, national development and the increasing number of clients. In turn, the beginning of the economic downturn, people are choosing to give up this type of insurance, because it is a voluntary insurance product and a way to protect your belongings.
