Projekts Sporta kluba "Zvaigzne" izveidošana

Abstract

Sporta nodarbības ar katru gadu popularizējas.Tā radās ideja izveidot projektu sporta klubam ar īpašu piedāvājumu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot projektu jaunam uzņēmumam,kurš būs konkurētspējīgs, peļņas nesošs,veiksmīgi strādās un piedāvās tādus pakalpojumus,kuri apmierina klientu vēlmes. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti sekojošie uzdevumi:darbības sfēras,nozares izpētīšana;konkurentu izvērtēšana;mārketinga stratēģijas izstrādāšana;cenu politikas izstrādāšana. Komercsabiedrības paredzamais pilns nosaukums ir sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību “Zvaigzne“.Uzņēmuma plānotais darbības veids ir sports. Uzņēmumu pakalpojumu sfēra:ūdens aerobika;treneru, masiera pakalpojumi;solārijs;kosmētiskie pakalpojumi. Projekta izmaksas ir naudas līdzekļi,kas tiek izlietotas projekta paredzēto mērķu un rezultātu sasniegšanai. Finansu resursi tiek izveidoti no uzņēmuma dibinātāju pašu līdzekļiem (tie ieguldīti pamatkapitālā) un no ilgtermiņa aizdevuma.Ilgtermiņa aizdevumu plānots ņemt bankā.

Sport activities become more and more popular year after year.Therefore there came an idea to develop a project for a sport club with a special offer. An objective of the Master’s Thesis is to develop a project for a new enterprise,which will be competitive,profit-making, successfully working and offering such services that would meet clients’ desires.In order to attain the objective there have bee set forth tasks as follow:study of nature of business, sector;assessment of competitors;elaboration of marketing strategy;elaboration of pricing policy.A planned full name of the commercial company is Limited Liability Company “Zvaigzne“.A planned type of aspect of the enterprise is sports. nterprise’s sphere of services:water aerobics;services of coachers, masseur;sun parlor;cosmetic services. The project costs are money means that will be used for attainment of the objectives set forth in the project and results. Financial means will be created attracting own means of the enterprise’s founders (those invested in equity capital) and it is planned to take a long-term credit with bank.
