AS "Madonas ūdens" saimnieciskās darbības analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir “A/S „Madonas ūdens” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un novērtējums”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 6 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata izpētīt uzņēmuma A/S „Madonas ūdens” saimniecisko darbību, veikt tās finansu analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākajai saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Pirmā nodaļā ietver finanšu analīzes teorētisko pamatojumu. Otrā nodaļa tiek raksturoti finanšu rādītāji. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti darbā izmantotie bankrota prognozēšanas modeļi. Ceturtajā nodaļā darba autore sniedz uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības vispārējo raksturojumu. Piektajā nodaļā ir analizēti finanšu rādītāji. Sestajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma bankrota prognozēšana. Darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti no darba izrietošie secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi saimnieciskās darbībās uzlabošanai. Darba apjoms ir 67 lappuses, tajā ir ietvertās 32 tabulas, un 7 pielikumi. Darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantoti 17 literatūras avoti. Atslēgas vārdi: finanšu analīze, likviditāte, maksātnespēja, rentabilitāte, maksātnespējas prognozēšana.

The topic of the thesis is "Joint-stock company “Madonas ūdens” economics analysis and evaluation". The work consists of an introduction, six chapters, conclusions and proposals. The purpose of this work is to explore company`s economic activity, and on its assessment of financial performance, to develop proposals for the company's successful operation. The first section includes the financial analysis of the theoretical basis. The second chapter describes the financial performance. The third chapter reviews bankruptcy prediction models, witch are in use in this thesis. In the fourth chapter the author gives the company overall general characteristics. The fifth chapter analyses the financial performance and summarizes the company's operating results. And in the last section the author makes of an enterprise bankruptcy prediction. In the summary the author draws conclusions about the research process carried out by the financial analysis and provide recommendations to the company's financial situation. The work consists of 67 pages and includes 32 tables and 7 attachments. The list of references contains 18 sources of literature.
