| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Attālināto bankas pakalpojumu loma mūsdienu bankas klientu apkalpošanā”.
Tēmas problēma ir pastāvīga tehnoloģiju attīstība, kas nosaka arvien jaunu vajadzību rašanos patērētājiem. Bankām ir jāspēj izmantot šo tehnoloģiju priekšrocības un elastīgi jāreaģē uz to izmaiņām, lai spētu apmierināt arvien pieaugošu klientu plūsmu, nodrošinot augstu kvalitātes līmeni.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz apkopoto informāciju un veikto analīzi, identificēt nozīmīgākās attālināto bankas pakalpojumu izmantošanas priekšrocības un izstrādāt
priekšlikumus to attīstībai.
Pētījumā ir iegūta informācija par attālināto bankas pakalpojumu izmantošanas apjomiem un to pieejamību, salīdzinot datus starp dažādām valstīm.
Darbs sastāv no 84 lappusēm, un tajā iekļauti 10 attēli, 8 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor`s thesis is "Role of remote banking services on modern bank customer service.
" Themes subject is the constant advancement of technology which determines customer occurence of new needs. Banks must use the advantages of these technologies and flexibly react to their changes, so that they can satisfy increasing customer traffic, still ensuring a high customer service quality.
Bachelor`s work goal is to identify the most important advantages of remote banking services and to develop proposals for their development, and all that is based on the gathered information and performed analysis.
In the research there is information about amounts and availability of remote banking service usage by comparing data between different countries.
