Sagādes procesa vadīšana trikotāžas rūpnīcā "Bilyana Knitwear"
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba „Sagādes procesa vadīšana trikotāžas rūpnīcā „Bilyana Knitwear”” autora, izvirzītā mērķis ir izmatojot teorijas nostādnes analizēt uzņēmuma „Bilyana Knitwear” sagādes procesa vadīšanu un izstrādāt tā pilnveidošanas virzienu.
Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai, bakalaura darbā noteikti šādi risināmie uzdevumi:
1)iepazīties ar teorijas nostādnēm loģistikas jomā;
2)raksturot uzņēmuma „Bilyana Knitwear” ārējo un iekšējo vidi;
3)noteikt labāko plānošanas veidu „Bilyana Knitwear” sagādes procesam;
4)apskatīt dažādus piemērus no „Bilyana Knitwear” sagādes darba procesa;
5)aprēķināt iespējamas izmaksas noteiktiem darbiem, kuri pilnveidos sagādes procesu vadīšanu;
6)noteikt ieguvumus no pilnveidošanas darbībām.
Bakalaura darbā izmantotās pētniecības metodes:
1)monogrāfiska metode;
2)analīzes metode;
3)statistisko pētījumu metode;
4)finanšu analizēs metode;
5)zinātniskās un mācību literatūras analīze.
Lai izpildītu bakalaura darbā izvirzītos uzdevumus, tika pētīta mācību un zinātniskā literatūra, statistikas dati, izmantoti interneta avoti, masu mēdiju informācija, autora darba pieredze sagādes jomā un intervijas ar marketingu nodaļu „Bilyana Knitwear”.
Bakalaura darbam izveidota racionāla struktūra, kas sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām,
secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 68 lappuses un 3 pielikumi. Darbā iekļauti 10 attēli un 18 tabulas, kas paskaidro un ilustrē pētījuma saturu. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 16 literatūras un citi informācijas avoti. Bachelor paper “Supplying process management on “Bilyana Knitwear” knitwear factory” aim is to analyze “Bilyana Knitwear” supplying process management and to develop projects that would improve it using theory approaches.
To achieve the goal of the bachelor topic, following tasks was set:
1)exploring of theoretical approaches in logistic;
2)describe “Bilyana Knitwear” company’s external and internal factors;
3)determine a better planning for “Bilyana Knitwear” supplying process;
4)view different examples of “Bilyana Knitwear” different supplying process;
5)calculate the potential cost for projects which will improve the supplying process;
6)identify benefits of development activities.
In the bachelor paper following methods were used:
1)monographic method;
2)analysis method;
3)statistics research method;
4)financial analyse;
5)scientific and educational literature.
To meet the study objectives set in the work different studies and scientific literature, internet sources, authors experience in supplying work, interview with “Bilyana Knitwear” marketing department and other materials were taken into account.
A rational structure was made in the bachelor paper, that consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion and proposals. Total quantity of pages is 68 and 3 attachments. 10 pictures and 18 tables are used in the paper, which explain and illustrate the content of the research. There are 16 literature and other information sources.
