Komandas veidošanas nosacījumi organizācijā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autore izvērtē un noskaidro, kādi ir komandas veidošanas nosacījumi un kādi no šiem nosacījumiem neizpildās organizācijā ,,X.’’ Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi autore izvirza šādus uzdevumus: no teorētiskā viedokļa izpētīt un aprakstīt no kā veidojas komandas, kādiem ir jābūt nosacījumiem lai darba grupu var saukt par komandu. Veikt pētījumu organizācijā ,,X’’, analizēt un interpretēt iegūtos rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no vienas teorētiskās nodaļas par komandas veidošanas nosacījumi un no divām pētījuma nodaļām. Teorijas nodaļā tiek izpētīti zinātniskie viedokļi un teorētiskās nostādnes. Pētījuma pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta organizācija, bet pētījuma otrajā nodaļā veikta pētījuma metodes analīze un iegūto datu interpretācija. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 67 lapaspuses, darbā ir ievietoti 21 attēls un 2 tabulas.

Author in graduation work describe and found out what are the team building conditions and which of them doesn’t fullfill in organisation „X”. To achieve the goal author set the following tasks: of the theoretical overview research and describe how are build teams, what conditions must be for to work groups called teams. Do the research in organisation „X”, analyse and interpret results, make conclusions and putting forward proposals. Bachelor thesis consists of one theoretical chapter and two researh chapters. In theoritical chapter has a research of scientific opinions and theoretical lines. In research chapter has a overview of organisation and making a research method analyse and interpretation of obtained data. Bachelor work consists of 67 pages, includes 21images and 2 tables.
