Uzņēmējdarbība kā attīstības jautājums: Latvijas piemērs

Abstract

Šis darbs pēta uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā un to lomu, ko tā var spēlēt celties leju bezdarbu. Šis darbs tiek veikts laikā, pēckrīzes, salīdzinot Uzņēmējdarbība starp Latviju un dažās Eiropas valstīs, piemēram, Lietuvā, Igaunijā.

Salīdzinājums balstās uz valsts politiku, pētot to, kas ir paveikts un kas būtu jādara, lai risinātu bezdarbu. Ir divi galvenie mērķi šajā dokumentā: Pirmais pētījums reālo situāciju valstī, atbildot uz pirmo jautājumu: kas tiek darīts?Otrais mērķis ir parādīt, kā uzņēmējdarbība varētu būt jautājums, pret bezdarbu. Mēs mācīsies vairākas teorijas, lai atbildētu uz jautājumu "kā?"

Studēšana metodoloģiju un analizējot rezultātus, atbildēs problemātiska par tēmu: kā uzņēmējdarbība varētu būt jautājums, pret bezdarbu?" Galvenie teorētiskie ietvari disertācijas koncentrēties uz uzņēmējdarbību un atbalstu, lai veicinātu uzņēmējdarbību.

Es ceru, ka šis pētījums liek cilvēkiem saprast, kas ir uzņēmējdarbība un iespējas tas varētu radīt viņiem krīzes laikā, kad jūs dzīvojat valstī, ar augstu bezdarba līmeni, piemēram, Latvijā. Es ceru arī, ka dos dažas atbildes uz cilvēkiem, kuri meklē, lai uzlabotu savu dzīvi, padarot savu biznesu.

This thesis examines the Entrepreneurship in Latvia and the role that it can play to reduce the unemployment. The work is done after the last crisis by comparing Entrepreneurship between Latvia and the two others Baltic countries: Lithuania and Estonia.

The comparison is based on state policies by studying what is done and what should be done against the unemployment. There are two mains objectives in this paper: The first one studies the actual situation of the country by answering a first question: what is done? The second objective is to show how Entrepreneurship could be an issue against unemployment. We will study several theories in order to answer the question “how?”

The methodology and analyzing the results will help us answer the problematic of the topic: how Entrepreneurship could be an issue against unemployment?” The main theorical frameworks of the thesis focus on the entrepreneurship and the supports to promote the entrepreneurship.

I hope this study will make people understand what are the Entrepreneurship and the opportunities it could bring to them in time of crisis when you live in a country with a high rate of unemployment such as in Latvia. I hope too that will bring some answers to people who are looking for improving their life by making their own business.
