Darba mērķis: izpētīt finanšu riska būtību, veikt uzņēmuma finansiālo rādītāju analīzi un noteikt finanšu risku mazināšanas iespējas.
Maģistra darbam ir praktisks pielietojums. Šis darbs var tikt izmantots uzņēmumos, kas izmanto aizņemto kapitālu.

The financial risks are relevant and important because they can be hazardous for the paying capacity and constitute bankruptcy menace that is why the author decided to explore the situation of the financial risks of the enterprise “X”.
The aim of the paper: to explore the entity of the financial risk, to perform an analysis of the financial showings of the enterprise and to define the financial risk reduction possibilities.
The master’s paper has a practical use. This paper can be used at the enterprises that employ the borrowed capital. After results of the master’s paper can be educed to what showings assiduity must be turned.
