Latvijas zivju apstrādes sektora konkurētspējas analīze

Abstract

Ražošanas attīstība ir priekšnoteikums, lai nodrošinātu tautsaimniecības ilgtspējīgas attīstības iespējas un valsts konkurētspēju starptautiskā līmenī. Konkurētspējas attīstība ir gan neatņemama valsts izvirzīto prioritāšu daļa, gan arī katra uzņēmuma attīstības faktors. Laikā, kad inflācijas pieauguma tempi un tekošā konta deficīts valstī ievērojami palielinās, īpaši liela loma ir eksporta nozaru attīstībai un to konkurētspējas nodrošināšanai. Maģistra darbā tiek veikta vienas no apstrādes rūpniecības apakšnozarēm un zivsaimniecības nozares sektora – zivju apstrādes sektora - attīstības rādītāju un konkurētspējas faktoru analīze. Tiek piedāvāti risinājumi zivju apstrādes uzņēmumu konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai un sektora attīstībai kopumā. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek pētīts konkurētspējas jēdziens un tā analīzes metodes, kā arī pētīti autoru atzinumi par konkurences priekšrocību veidošanu un dažādu faktoru loma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanā. Darba otrajā daļā tiek analizēti zivju apstrādes sektora attīstības rādītāji, pētīti un novērtēti nozares konkurētspējas faktori. Trešajā maģistra darba daļā, tiek salīdzināti galvenie uzņēmējdarbības rādītāji Latvijas, Eiropas Savienības un Amerikas Savienoto Valstu zivju apstrādes sektoros, veikta zivju apstrādes uzņēmumu aptaujas rezultātu analīze un pamatojoties uz šiem abiem pētījumiem, izdarīti secinājumi par iespējām paaugstināt Latvijas zivju apstrādes uzņēmumu konkurētspēju.

Development of manufacturing is precondition to ensure sustainable growth of national economy and competitiveness of state in the international level. Development of the competitiveness is both imperceptible part of state’s highlighted priorities, and the factor on the development of each separate company. In a time, when the increment rate of inflation is very high and the deficit of the current account considerably increases, development and provision of the competitiveness of the export industries has important role. There is analyze performed on the development indicators and factors of the competitiveness of one of the manufacturing sub-industry and of fisheries sector – fish processing sector - within the Master thesis. Needed activities in order to raise the competitiveness of the fish processing companies and overall development of the sector are proposed. There are the concept of the competitiveness and methods of its analyses researched, as well as the different experts’ opinions on creation of competitiveness advantages and role of the different factors on the increase of the competitiveness examined within the first part of the Master thesis. There is development indicators of the fish processing sector analyzed, factors on the competitiveness of the sector researched and assessed within the second part of the Master thesis. Main indicators of entrepreneurship of the fish processing sector in Latvia, European Union and United States of America are compared; results of the questionnaire of the fish processing sector are analyzed and basing on both of these studies conclusions on the potentialities of the increasing of the competitiveness of the Latvian fish processing companies are performed in the third part of the Master thesis.
