Diplomdarbs ir uzrakstīts uz 45 lappusēm. Tas satur 40 attēlu, 2 tabulas un 41 literatūras avotus.
Atslēgas vārdi: reakcijas laiks, , vizuāla meklēšana, kontrasts, spožums.
Darba mērķis: Noteikt ātrāk pamanāmu optimālās krāsas un ekscentriskā izvietojuma stimulu meklēšanas uzdevumā.
Darba uzdevumi:
1. Izveidot krāsainus stimulus un eksperimentālo metodiku manuāla reakcijas laika noteikšanai pie dažādiem fona spožumiem.
2. Noteikt reakcijas laika izmaiņas meklēšanas uzdevumā pie trīs dažāda spožuma ahromatiskiem foniem.
Bachelor thesis is written in Latvian, contains 45 pages, 40 figures, 2 tables. There are 41 sources of literature.
Key words: reaction time, visual search, contrast, background luminance.
Purpose: to detect the color and positioning that makes stimuli noticeable in the shortest possible time in the search task.
Tasks:
1.To create colorful stimuli and experimental methodology for detecting manual reaction time at different background luminances.
2.To find the reaction time variations in a search task with three achromatic backgrounds of different luminance.
3.To study the differences of reaction times depending on color of the stimuli.
Methods: Within the framework of the experiment it has been studied how reaction time or search time changes depending on background luminance, colors of the target and distractors and their positioning from the fixation point. The experiment was carried out based on a computerized program that graphically shows a target among 24 distractors positioned excentrically around the fixation point on an achromatic background. In the course of experiment the visual stimuli of the computerized program have been changed. To measure the search time in accordance with the set tasks, 24 c-type visual objects have been used in three specially selected colors variations on three types of different luminance backgrounds. In pictures offered to the subjects of the experiment the target was to be detected in 4 possible distances and different positions around the fixation point.
Subjects: three subjects aged 29, 32 and 36 took part in the experiment. They were offered 9 types of visual stimuli color and background luminance combinations. Within each combination they had to find the differing target in 50 cases with the target appearing among distractors in four distances and different positions around the center of fixation point. The third subject did not quite fulfill the experiment requirements.
Results and conclusions: The obtained data were compared and represented in different charts and curves. The results show that contrast and positioning affects the reaction time.
