Abstract
Bachelor thesis is written on 32 pages. It contains 14 images, 9 tables, 17 references. Aim: To evaluate correlation between Maddox, Thorington and computerized test, developed specially for vision screening. Methods: Heterophoria was evaluated in school age children with Maddox, Thorington and computerized test, specially designed for vision screening. All tests were performed at 40 cm distance in well-lit conditions. Subjects: 388 school age children, 167 boys and 221 girls 6 to 19 years of age. Results and conclusions: Results between Maddox, Thorington and computerized tests give positive correlation. There is no statistically important difference between results in different age groups or between both sexes. +1,50 D lens shifts results to more exophoric state. Key words: binocular vision, binocular vision disorders, strabismus, heterophoria, Maddox test, Thorington test.
