Supresijas dziļuma mērījumi cilvēkiem ar anizometropiju
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 35 lapām. Tas satur 19 attēlus, 2 tabulas, 20 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem.
Darba mērķis:
Noteikt supresijas dziļuma atšķirības cilvēkiem ar anizometropiju salīdzinājumā ar cilvēkiem, kam nav anizometropija. Izpētīt optiskās korekcijas nozīmi supresijas fenomena mazināšanā.
Metode:
Tika atlasīti 5 subjekti ar anizometropiju, kuriem koriģēts redzes asuma katrā acī ir vismaz 0.8, vecumā no 17 līdz 23 gadiem. Kotrolgrupā iekļauti 5 subjekti bez anizometropijas vecumā no 21 līdz 23 gadiem.
Ar datorprogrammas palīdzību, kas balstās uz piespiedu izvēles psihofizikālo metodi, tika noteikts supresijas dziļums abām subjektu grupām gan ar atbilstošu optisko korekciju, gan ar izmainītu korekciju – nekoriģētu anizometropiju un simulētu anizometropiju.
Rezultāti:
Subjektiem ar koriģētu anizometropiju supresijas dziļums nav statistiski atšķirīgs salīdzinot ar subjektiem bez anizometropijas. Nekoriģētu anizometropu grupā vidējais supresijas dziļums ir gandrīz divas reizes augstāks nekā simulētas anizometropijas grupā. Mainot anizometropijas korekciju, tiek iegūti statistiski atšķirīgi dati.
Secinājumi:
Pētītajā grupā saistība starp anizometropijas lielumu un supresijas dziļumu ir ļoti vāja. Atbilstoša korekcija var samazināt supresijas izpausmes.

Objective:
To determine the depth of suppression differences between individuals with and without the anisometropia. To investigate a significance of the optical correction in the decreasing of suppression phenomenon.
Methods:
There were 5 individuals with anisometropia (Visus with correction in each eye at least 0,8) at the age from 17 to 23 years in the experimental group. There were 5 individuals without anisometropia at the age from 21 to 23 years in the control group.
With a computer program, which is built on the compulsory choice of the psychophysical method, was determined the suppression depth for both groups of the individuals, both with appropriate optical correction, and with altered correction – not corrected anisometropia and simulated anisometropia.
Results:
The suppression depth in the group of individuals with corrected anisometropia is not statistically different from the suppression depth in the group of individuals without anisometropia. The mean of the suppression depth in the group of individuals without corrected anisometropia is almost twice higher than in the group of individuals with the simulated anisometropia. By changing the optical correction, findings are statistically different.
Conclusions:
Connection between the anisometropia in dioptres and the suppression depth is very weak in the examined group. It is possible to decrease the suppression with the appropriate correction.
