Kā ar Mercury IT Governance rīku var pārvaldīt uzņēmumu

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek aplūkots viens no IT pārvaldības rīkiem – Mercury IT Governance (tagad HP PPM). Mūsdienās īpaši lielas kompānijas ir diezgan grūti pārvaldīt, tāpēc cilvēki mēģina izdomāt dažādus procesus/rīkus, lai to atvieglotu. Mercury ITG ir viens no tādiem rīkiem, kas sastāv no vairākiem moduļiem. Šajā darbā ir aplūkoti Mercury IT Governance drošības modelis, Demand Management, Project Management, Time Management moduļi un Dashboard.

There is an overview of one of the IT Governance tools in this research work –Mercury ITG (nowadays HP PPM). It becomes rather hard to manage big companies nowadays, that is why people try to think of some tools to help to do it. Mercury ITG is one of such kind of tools, that consists of several modules. In this research work there is an overview of Mercury ITG Security model, Demand Management, Project Management, Time Management modules and Dashboard.
