Pilsētmežu plānošana un pārvaldība: Lielrīgas piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir vērtēta pilsētmežu plānošana un pārvaldība Lielrīgā, ārvalstu pieredze, apzināta plānošanas dokumentos ietvertā informācija un normatīvais ietvars. Lauku studijās un intervijās noskaidrota esošā situācija, galvenās problēmas un mērķgrupu intereses pilsētmežu plānošanā un pārvaldībā. Apkopojot un analizējot darba rezultātā iegūto informāciju, izstrādāts pilsētmežu funkcionālās klasifikācijas piemērs par pētījuma teritoriju izvēloties Vidzemes ievada Rīgā teritoriju. Sniegti priekšlikumi par Lielrīgas pilsētmežu plānošanu un pārvaldību, izdarīti secinājumi, ka pilsētmežu plānošana un pārvaldība ir atsevišķa mežsaimniecības joma, kam nepieciešams veidot atbilstošu normatīvo aktu un plānošanas ietvaru. The planning and management of urban forests in Grater Riga area, along with best practices from other countries have been evaluated in this master's work. Additionally there has been studied information from planning documents and legal framework. Current state, key problems and interests of target group for the planning and management of urban forests have been explored in field studies and interviews. After summarizing and analysing of information gathered, the example of functional classification has been created, for research territory choosing the entry in Riga from Vidzeme side. The suggestions for planning and management of urban forests in Greater Riga area have been developed, as well as conclusions are made that planning and management of urban forests represents separate domain of forestry, which requires respective legal and planning framework.
