Vībotnes (Artemisia L.) putekšņu koncentrācijas pētījumi Rīgas gaisā un to ietekmējošie meteoroloģiskie parametri

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēti aerobioloģiskie dati par vībotņu putekšņu koncentrāciju gaisā Rīgā. Pētījuma objekts – dažādu vībotņu sugu putekšņi. Vībotņu putekšņiem ir izteikta negatīvā ietekme uz cilvēku organismu, ko palielina ilgs auga ziedēšanas periods, un bieža vībotņu sastopamība. Nepieciešamie meteoroloģiskie un aerobioloģiskie dati tika ņemti no Latvijas Universitātes meteoroloģiskās un aerobioloģiskās datu bāzēs. Pētījuma aktualitāti nosaka tendence palielināties cilvēku skaitam kas ir slimi ar alerģiska rakstura un citam elpošanas sistēmas slimībām. Balstoties uz iegūtiem datiem, tiek izpētīta putekšņu koncentrācija, ziedēšanas intensitāte un meteoroloģisko faktoru ietekme. Iegūtos rezultātus būs iespējams izmantot tālākajos pētījumos, putekšņu monitoringā un cilvēku informēšanai. Bakalaura darbā datu apstrādē un analīzē tika pielietoti MS Excel un SPSS statistics programmas. Atslēgas vardi: putekšņi, vībotnes, aerobioloģija, polinoze, Rīga.

Bachelor thesis describes the analysis of aerobiological data of mugworts pollen concentration in the air above Riga. The object of study is pollen of different mugwort species, because of relatively strong allergenity of the pollen. Mugworts pollen effect increases the long flowering period, plant abundance, frequent occurrence and pollen chemical composition. Necessary meteorological and Aerobiological data were taken from the databases of University of Latvia. Relevance of the bachelor thesis determned by fact that in the world exist tendency to increase the number of people who suffering from allergy and other respiratory diseases. An active season, flowering intensity and influencing meteorological factors were calculated and discribed based on the present data. The result of bachelor thesis can be used for pollen monitoring and for people informing. MS Excel and SPSS statistics where used for data analysis.
