Zusammenfassung
Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas ekspertu oficiālās kļūdu labošanas kārtības ietvaros iesniegtos labojumus ES tiesību aktu tulkojumos un izvērtēt labojumu būtiskumu. Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantotas gan teorētiskās, gan empīriskās izpētes metodes. Pētījuma rezultātā tika pierādīts, ka, neskatoties uz spēkā esošiem tiesību aktiem Latvijā, oficiālās kļūdu labošanas kārtības ietvaros tika labotas daudzas formālas pareizrakstības kļūdas, kas nemaina teksta jēgu un neietekmē ES tiesību akta tiesisko piemērošanu, interpretāciju un ieviešanu.

The goal of the master thesis is to carry out the research on the corrections of the translations of EU legal acts submitted by Latvian experts within corrigendum procedure and to evaluate the essentiality of these corrections. Both theoretical and empirical research methods were used in this research. The study proved that despite of legal regulation in force in Latvia, a number of purely formal orthographic mistakes not changing the sense, not affecting legal application, interpretation and implementation of EU legal acts have been corrected within formal corrigendum procedure.
