Šis bakalaura darbs pēta nozieguma un soda tēmu Fjodora Dostojevska romānā "Noziegums un sods" un Grema Svifta romānā "Dienas gaisma". Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā, kura pamatīgi aplūko nozieguma folozofiju, autore piemin integrēto pieeju nozieguma parādībai folozofijas skatījumā, kā arī analīzē nozieguma metafiziskās un socioloģiskās īpatnības uz Fjodora Dostojevska romāna "Noziegums un sods" pamata. Otrā nodaļa apraksta Fjodora Dostojevska romāna "Noziegums un sods" un Grema Svifta romāna "Dienas gaisma" sižetu struktūru. Trešā nodaļa piedāvā analīzējamo romānu galvēno varoņu aprakstu. Ceturtā nodaļa atspoguļo abu romānu galvenās tēmas: piedošanu, ciešanos, vainu pret nevainību, gādību un morālo atbalstu, ģimeni, uzticību, juridisko sistēmu un civilizāciju. The present Bachelor Paper explores the issue of crime and punishment in Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel "Crime and Punishment" and Graham Swift’s novel "The Light of Day". The present paper contains four chapters. The first chapter discusses the philosophy of crime in detail by mentioning an integrative approach to the phenomenon of crime from the point of view of philosophy, as well as analyzes the metaphysical and sociological features of crime on the basis of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel "Crime and Punishment". The second chapter discusses the peculiarities of the plot structure in Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel "Crime and Punishment" and Graham Swift’s novel "The Light of Day". The third chapter presents portrayals of the main characters in the selected novels. The final chapter examines the fundamental issues raised in the selected novels, such as forgiveness, suffering, guilt versus innocence, care and moral support, family, trust, legal system, and civilization.
