Bakalaura darba "„Furor” Senekas traģēdijā" mērķis ir noskaidrot "furor" nozīmi un tā izpausmes Senekas traģēdijās "Mēdeja", "Faidra", "Trakojošais Herkuless". Pētījums veltīts šī jēdziena analizēšanai, balstoties uz minēto traģēdiju autora filozofiskām atziņām. Darbā izvirzīta hipotēze, ka pētāmajās Senekas traģēdijās "furor" elements tiek izmantots didaktiskos nolūkos.
Pētījumā tiek apskatīts un analizēts "furor", kas pārņem Senekas traģēdijas tēlus atraidītas, nepiepildāmas mīlestības dēļ, un "furor", ko tiem izraisa dievu uzsūtītais prāta aptumsums.
Darba ietvaros tiek pētīts Senekas filozofiskais traktāts "Par dusmām"; šī traktāta analīze palīdz izprast dusmu gradāciju, kā arī "furor" īpatnības augstākminētajās traģēdijās.
