Attēlu kvalitātes ietekmējošie faktori daudzslāņu datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar politraumu

Abstract

Attēldiagnostikai ir noteicoša loma ārstēšanas plānošanai pacientiem ar politraumu. Politraumu ārstēšanā noteicoša ir precīza algoritmu izstrāde katrai no pacientu grupām. Viena no galvenajām problēmām attēldiagnostikā ir attēlu kvalitāte. Ārstniecības personāla rīcības taktikai, pie politraumu gadījumiem, ir jābūt ātrai, jo ļoti būtiski ir sniegt palīdzību cietušajam pirmās stundas laikā un precīzai, lai pasargātu pacientu no jaunu traumu gūšanas, un, lai izvairītos no neprecīzas diagnozes uzstādīšanas. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Attēlu kvalitātes ietekmējošie faktori daudzslāņu datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar politraumu”. Tās mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai radiologa asistenti, veicot datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu pacientiem ar politraumu, pēc politraumas protokola neatliekamajā radioloģijā, iegūst attēlus, atbilstoši attēlu kvalitātes kritērijiem un pētīt attēlu kvalitāti ietekmējošos faktorus, lai varētu to uzlabot. Pētījumā tika izmantotas ekspertu intervijas metode, kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode un kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode. Darba apjoms – 35 lpp. Izmantoti 22 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no: 4 nodaļām, 11 apakšnodaļām, 1 attēlu, 3 diagrammām, 12 pielikumiem.

Imaging in radiology has determined role for patient's treatment with polytrauma. Precise development of algoritms for each patient's group determin the treatment of polytrauma. The quality of image is one of the main issues in imaging of radiology. The action tactics of medical staff in cases of poytrauma must be fast, because it is necessary to give help to the patient in first hours. Also it must be precise in order to protect patient from having new traumas and forbidden inaccurate diagnostics. The theme of Bachelor paper is "The factors affecting multidetector computed tomography image quality in polytrauma". The aim is to determine if radiograpers are able to receive images by making multidetector computed tomography to patients with polytrauma according to protocol of emergency Radiology, therefore make a research of factors that affect images in order to do changes in them according to criteria of images. Research method: interviews with experts, quantitative and qualitative methods. Paper capacity - 35 pages. Used 22 literature and information sources. Paper consists of 4 chapters, 11 subdivision, 1 image, 3 diagrammas, 12 attachments.
