Klīnisko lēmumu pieņemšanas atbalsta datorsistēmas prototipa izveide Latvijas medicīnas studentiem

Abstract

Darbā tiek aplūkota ārsta uzdevuma un tā realizācijas metodes kopsakarība ar medicīnisko ekspertu sistēmu palīdzību, organizācijas ceļi un datu bāzu izveide uz ontoloģijas pamata. Bez tam tiek sniegti pamatdati par akūtu slimību ontoloģiju, tiek doti uz tās zināšanu pamata veidoti fragmenti. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot mērķa grupas (medicīnas fakultātes studentu) reakciju uz doto produktu un viņu pieprasījumu pēc šī produkta. Izvirzīta hipotēze: Latvijas medicīnas studentiem klīnisko lēmumu pieņemšanas atbalsta datorsistēmas portotips ir derīgs.Tā ir apstiprinājusies. Pētniecības metode – Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantota aptauja – sākotnējās informācijas ievākšanas metode. Par aptaujas metodi tika izvēlēta anketēšana. Pētījuma veikšanai tika sastādīta anketa (skat. pielikumu), tātad respondenti uz jautājumiem atbildēja on-line režimā. The aim of study was the creation of the prototype of clinical decision support system for students of Latvian universities. There has been observed the correlation between doctor`s tasks and methods of its realization on behalf of medical decision making support system, the ways of organizing and creation of databases based on conception of ontology. Also there has been produced general information on acute disease ontology and some fragments of database, formed on it.

Objective: To identify features of clinical decision support system effect on improving clinical education for Latvian medical students.
