| dc.description.abstract | Darbā tiek pētīta medicīnas māsu motivācija iesaistīties Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēmā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek izklāstīta informācija par profesionālās motivācijas teorijām un profesijas izvēles motīviem, par medicīnas cilvēkresursu darba tirgū. Praktiskajā daļā ir apkopoti dati par aptaujāto respondentu motivāciju iesaistīties Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēmā. Bakalaura darba beigās tiek izveidoti secinājumi un priekšlikumi.
