Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Insulta pacientu aprūpe ietekmējošie faktori. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka mūsdienās arvien vairāk iedzīvotāju saskaras ar šo slimību, kas arī ierobežo ne tikai to pārvietošanās un kustību iespējas. Tāpēc ļoti svarīgi ir novērtēt pacienta stāvokli. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot insulta pacientu aprūpi ietekmējošus faktorus. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir veikt teorētiskās literatūras analīzes, anketēšanu, apstrādāt iegūtos datus un izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: bioloģisko, fizioloģisko, sociālkulturālo faktoru mijiedarbība ir tieši saistīta ar insulta pacienta aprūpi. Pētniecības instruments - aptaujas anketa. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīva Darbs tiek balstīts uz medicīnas zinātniski teorētiskās literatūras analīzi, datu apkopojumu un rezultātiem par insulta pacientu aprūpes ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Darba tēma bija izvēlēta un noteikti mērķi, lai izpētītu un novērtētu pacienta stāvokli pielietojot bioloģiskos psiholoģiskos un sociālkulturālos faktorus. Kā parāda iegūtie rezultāti pacientus viss vairāk ietekmē, kas tika noskaidroti ar anketēšanas palīdzību, ir atkarīgi no pacienta dzimuma, psihoemocionālo spriedzi, ģimenes apstākļiem par aktivitāšu režīmu. Iegūtie rezultāti arī apstiprina pētījumā izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka insulta pacienta aprūpe, visvairāk ietekmē tieši pacientu fiziskās, psiholoģiskās, bioloģiskās un sociālās aktivitātes. Tika veikta pētījuma datu analīze, kas ir atspoguļota diagrammās. Katrs no anketas jautājumiem ir izanalizēts atsevišķi un sniegts apraksts. Bachelor`s Thesis „Factors influencing the nursing of the patients with stroke” was worked out in Latvian University. Faculty of medicine. Professional bachelor’s study programme „Nursing”. The topicality of the submitted theme is accounted by the fact that biopsihosocial factors influence the nursing of the patients with stroke. Nowadays more and more people are affected by this disease, which in turn restrict their movement. It is crucial to find out what influencing factors can affect the progression of stroke and assess the patient's condition. The aim of the Thesis was to define factors influencing the nursing of the patients with stroke. Tasks of the research were to study and analyze the appropriate literature sources concerning the chosen theme ,to carry out questioning, to summarize the experiment data and make conclusions regarding the theme. According to the aim, the following hypothesis has been brought forward: Interaction of biological, physiological, socio-cultural factors directly relate to the nursing of the patients with stroke. Research tool: the questionnaire. Research method – questioning/poll. Thesis was developed on the basis of theoretical analysis of medical scientific literature, gathered data and received results related to factors influencing the nursing of the patients with stroke. The aim and tasks of the Thesis were defined and brought forward in order to explore and assess the patient’s condition applying biological, psychological and sociacultural factors. As it is shown by the results obtained during questionnaire,patients are most affected by factors that depend on the patient's gender, emotional stress, family background and regime of activities. Reached results confirm the research hypothesis that a nursing of stroke patients, are directly affected by patients' physical, psychological, biological and social activities. During the research work data analysis was carried out, results are reflected in figures. Every question has the analyses and detailed description.
