Purpose is to analyze patient with acute renal replacement therapy care in the intensive care unit.The research tasks are to analyze literature and Roy’s adaptation model, make evaluation of knowledge; to develop research tools, make a pilot study, the research; to process data, analysis, to formulate the conclusions, develop recommendations.Research question: What is the treatment of patients with acute renal replacement therapy in an intensive care unit? Research instrument: structured interview.Research method - a qualitative research method. The research question has been answered - acute renal replacement therapy is provided by general and special care.
