Latvijas nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju noziedzīgo nodarījumu cēlonības skaidrojums

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Latvijas nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju noziedzīgo nodarījumu cēlonības skaidojums” tiek izpēti teorētiskie materiāli par nepilngadīgo noziedzības cēloņiem un izraisošajiem faktoriem, kā arī ar kvalitatīvo metožu palīdzību tiek uzzināti nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju noziedzīgo nodarījumu cēlonības skaidrojums. Ir būtiski noskaidrot pētāmās problēmas cēloņus, jo, līdz ar ekonomisko lejupslīdi un krīzi Latvijā, pēdējos divos gados, arvien vairāk pieaug noziedzīgi nodarījumi tieši pusaudžu vidū. Pusaudži ir kļuvuši agresīvāki, un ir pieaudzis risks būt aplaupītam uz ielas pat gaišā diennakts stundā. Līdz ar to Latvijas sabiedrību lielā mērā ir skārusi noziedzības problēma, kur būtiskākais ir noskaidrot tās izraisošos faktorus un cēloņus. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot socioloģijas teorētiķu skaidrojumu noziedzīgo nodarījumu izdarīšanai, kā arī salīdzināt to ar pašu nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju skaidrojumu sakarā ar šo problēmu. Darbs sastāv no 5 daļām: ievads, teorētiskais apraksts, metodoloģijas apraksts, empīrisko datu analīze, secinājumi. Ievadā raksturota problēmas būtība, kā arī izvirzīts pētījuma mērķis un darba uzdevumi. Teorētiskajā aprakstā autore izskata teorētiskos materiālus par nepilngadīgo noziedzību, kā arī iepazīstina lasītājus deviances, anomijas, Čikāgas skolas, psihoanalītisko, etoloģisko un biheiviorisma teorijām. Metodoloģijas aprakstā tiek sniegts detalizēts apraksts par pētījumā izmantotajām metodēm un to analīzes veidu. Pētījuma rezultāti ir balstīti uz 3 nepilngadīgo likumpārkāpēju intervijām, ekspertinterviju un pilotnovērojumu. Empīrisko datu analīzes rezultāti parāda, ka visizplatītākie noziedzīgo nodarījumu izraisošie faktori ir nepareiza bērna audzināšana ģimenē un draugu ietekme. Līdz ar to, noziedzīgo nodarījumu cēlonība ir meklējama pusaudžu ģimenēs un draugu lokā. Secinājumos ir apkopotas galvenās atziņas, pētījuma rezultāti, kā arī rekomendācijas nepilngadīgo noziedzības mazināšanā un novēršanā.

In Bachelor work „Latvian juvenile offender explanation of criminal offenses causality” the theoretical materials about the reasons and evokation factors of juveline deliquency are explored, as well as with the usage of qualified methods the explanation of causality of juveline deliquency is clarified. It is mportant to clarify the reasons of the issue of this research, because with the economical recession in Latvia the frequency of crime is increased within last two years, at specially among juveline. Adolescents became more agressive and the risks of being robbed even at the hours of light are increased. So the problem of the increased criminality is very urgent to the community of Latvia and so it is important to clarify the reasons and evokation factors of increased criminality. The aim of this reaserch is to clarify the interpretation of reasons of the criminality made by theoretics of socialogy and to compare them with the explanations made by the juveline law breakers. This research consists of 5 units: preface, theoretical description, the deccription of methodology, the analysis of the empirical data, and the coclusions made during the work. In the preface the nature of the problem is described and the aims and tasks of the work are proposed. In the theoretical description the author of this work analyses the theoretical data about the juveline deliquency and introduces readers with the theories of deviance, anomy, Chicago school, psycho-analysis, ethology and behaviourism. In the description of methodology the detailed description of methods of reasercing and analysing used during this research is made. The results of this research are based on interviews made with 3 juveline law breakers, on the expert interview and the pilot observation. The results of the empirical analysis of data show that the most common evokation factors of criminal deliquency are the unappropriate methods of upbringing in the families and the influence gained from friends. So it is clarified that the reasons of criminality must be searched in the faimily and circle of friends of adolescent person. In the Conclusion the main verities and results of research are summed as well as the recomentaions for decreasing and prevention the juveline deliquency.
