Festivāla "Zvērā" nozīmes konstruēšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aprakstīt festivāla "Zvērā" konstruēto nozīmi no tā apmeklētāju skatu punkta. Darba uzdevumi ir apkopot informāciju par pētniecībai nepieciešamajiem festivālu elementiem un izveidot piemērotu datu vākšanas metodi. Teorētiskā daļā sastāv no trīs daļām - festivālu jēdziena analīze, nozīmes jēdziena analīze, sociālā konstrukcionisma pamatidejas. Pētījums pieņem kvalitatīvu dizainu - empīriskie dati tiek ievākti ar daļēji strukturēto interviju palīdzību. Pētījuma analīzē secināts, ka liela daļa no festivālam piedēvētajām nozīmēm ir radušās festivāla specifiskā sociālā un telpas konteksta dēļ. Festivālam piedēvētās nozīme izpaudās emociju, vērtību un zināšanu veidā. Atslēgvārdi: festivāls, sociālais konstrukcionisms, nozīmes konstruēšana, jauniešu subkultūra.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to describe festival’s "Zvērā" constructed meaning from it’s visitors perspective. The study’s tasks are: build theory on festival elements that are necessary for the research and to design a suitable methodology for collecting data. The theoretical part consists of: festival concept analysis, meaning analysis and main ideas on social constructionists perspective. The study has a qualitative design – the empirical data is gathered through semi-structured interviews. The analysis reveals that a great deal of the constructed meanings about the festival refers to the specific festival social and spatial context. The meanings attached to the festival where mostly expressed through emotions, values and knowledge. Keywords: festival, social constructionism, meaning construction, youth subculture.
