Publisko bibliotēku loma personības attīstībā

Abstract

Pētījuma “Publisko bibliotēku loma personības attīstībā” gaitā apskatītā problēma: “ bibliotēka ir sabiedrības balsts, bet tai trūkst finansējuma jauniem pakalpojumiem, līdz ar to bibliotēka nevar piedāvāt lietotājiem jaunus pakalpojumus un zaudē savu pozitīvo iespaidu uz lietotāju personības attīstību. “ Pētījuma gaitā tiek meklēts šīs problēmas risinājums. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot publisko bibliotēku lomu lietotāju personības attīstībā, kas tika realizēts ar teorētisko avotu, statistikas un anketēšanas palīdzību. Anketēšanas rezultātā atklāts, ka respondentiem bibliotēkas ir svarīgas, tomēr tikai neliela daļa atzina, ka bibliotēkas ietekmē viņu personības attīstību. Līdz ar to pētījuma izvirzītā hipotēze pierādīta daļēji. AV: bibliotēkas loma, personības attīstība, publiskās bibliotēkas, lietotāju personība, aptauja.

Research “Public Library Role in Personality Development” describes problem: “ library is the fundament of society, but the finansual situation of libraries is bad and because of that libraries can’t offer new services to their readers and loses their good impact on readers personalities development.” In research author is trying to find solution of the problem. The cause of the research is to find out the role of public libraries in personality development with theoretical materials, statistics and query. The query results showed that libraries are important to their readers, but only few of them answered that libraries have impact on their personality development.
