Darba tēma ir “Latvijā radīto notikumu nozīme mediju attiecību veidošanā.” Galvenā pētījuma problēma – radīto notikumu nozīme un pielietojums Latvijas pētnieciskajā vidē ir neapzināta. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot radīto notikumu lomu efektīvai ziņojuma nodošanai masu medijiem.
Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un radošās. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti radītie notikumi un citi sabiedrisko attiecību un mārketinga prakses notikumi, kā arī komunikācijas kanāli. Empīriskā daļa balstīta uz Denisa Viloksa (Dennis Wilocx) un Daniela Burstina (Daniel Boorstin) teorijām. Tajā aprakstīti dziļo interviju rezultāti ar mediju pārstāvjiem un sabiedrisko attiecību speciālistiem.
Darba noslēgumā tika secināts, ka Latvijā radītie notikumi ir plaši pielietota metode darbā ar medijiem, lai iegūtu publicitāti un veidotu attiecības. Lai tie sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus ir svarīgi apzināties visus organizatoriskos elementus un mediju gaidas. The theme of term paper is “Created Events in Latvia Signification in Media Relations” The main research problem – created events significance and usage in Latvian study field is not investigated. The objective of the paper: to clarify created events role in message effective delivery.
The paper consists of two parts – theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part there are theory about created events and others events in public relations and marketing, and communication channels. Empirical part is based on Dennis Wilcox and Daniel Boorstin theories and describes results of deep interviews with media representatives and public relations specialists.
In the final part or the paper was concluded that created events in Latvia is widely used in work with media to gain publicity and develop media relations. To gain goals, it is important to realize all organizing issues and media expectations.
