| dc.description.abstract | Darbā dots ieskats par fenolu savienojumu izdalīšanu no dabas produktiem, veikti pētījumi par augu ekstraktos un garšaugos esošo kopējo fenolu savienojumu koncentrāciju un to identificēšanu, izmantojot augsti efektīvās šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metodi (turpmāk AEŠH). Fenolu savienojumu noteikšanai pētījuma objektos izmantoti standartvielu hromatogrāfiskie raksturlielumi, kā arī UV absorbcijas spektri, kas iegūti ar diožu matricas detektoru. | en_US |
