Dažādu kartupeļu šķirņu ķīmiskā sastāva izvērtēšana

Raksturota tēmas (kartupeļu sastāvā ietilpstošo nitrātu un fenolu savienojumu kvantitatīvā daudzuma noteikšanas) aktualitāte, tās zinātniskā un praktiskā nozīme. Apkopota un izvērtēta literatūrā sniegtā informācija par pētāmo tēmu. Darbā izmantotas 14 dažādas kartupeļu šķirnes, kuras tika izaudzētas Priekuļu selekcijas izmēģinājumu stacijā līdzīgos apstākļos. Eksperimentālajā daļā tika lietota jonselektīvā nitrātjonu noteikšanas metode kartupeļu paraugos. Kopējā kartupeļos esošo fenolu savienojumu koncentrācija tika noteikta spektrofotometriski. Cietes saturs noteikts, izmantojot jodometrisko metodi. The urgency of the theme, its practical and scientific value is shortly characterized. The essential information found in the literature on the given theme is reviewed. Used 14 different kinds of potatoes in the Priekuli selection experimental station. It the experimental part of the work the yonoselective indentification method for nitratyones in the samples of potatoes has been acquired. Concentration of total phenolic compounds was indentifed with spectrophotometry method. Starch compopound was indentifed with iodometric method.
