| dc.description.abstract | Spektrofotometriska flavonoīdu noteikšana ogu izspiednēs. Zutis E., zinātniskā vadītāja Dr.ķīm. Ābele S. Bakalaura darbs. 48 lappuses 21 attēls, 16 tabulas, 36 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Darbā ir veikta metodes pielāgošana flavonoīdu spektofotometriskai noteikšanai ogu ekstraktos. Ir veikti flavonoīdu ekstrakcijas pilnīgum pētījumi Latvījā sastopamajās purva dzērvenēs Oxycoccus palustris dzērvenēs. Darbā pētīta metodes atkārtojamība, reproducējamība. Pētīta kalibrācijas taisnes linearitāte pie nelielām standartvielas koncnetrācijām. Veikta ekstrakta krāsas intensitātes noturības pētījumi.

Adaption of spectrophotometric analysis method for determination of the total quantity of flavonoids in the extracts of berries has been investigated. Analysis of total flavonoid concentration in cranberries of Latvian origin (Oxycoccus palustris) has been done. Repeatability and reproductibility of the metod was studied.
