Fizikālie un psihosociālie riski kokapstrādē nodarbinātiem. Preventīvie pasākumi

Abstract

Darbs sastāv no 4 daļām kuras pakārtotas apakšnodaļās. Literatūras analīzes daļā analizēta kokapstrādes nozares tendences mūsdienās Latvijā un citur pasaulē. Secināts, ka nodarbinātie kokapstrādē pakļauti fizikāliem un psihosociāliem riskiem darbā. Pētījuma gaitā veikti fizikālo riska faktoru mērījumi dažādās darba vietās. Mērījums tika veikts ar daudzparametru mērīšanas aparāts “4 in 1”. Novērtēts psihoemocionālais klimats darbvietās. Apzināti stresori darbā un analizēti rezultāti. Analizēti vispārējie darba vides riski kokapstrādē. Secināts, ka nodarbinātie pētītajā kokapstrādes uzņēmumā, galvenokārt, cieš no paaugstināta trokšņa līmeņa, visa ķermeņa vispārējas vibrācijas, roku plaukstu lokālas vibrācijas, pazeminātas gaisa temperatūras, novēro arī paaugstinātu spriedzi darbā. Izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas.

Thesis consists of 4 parts, which are divided into subdivisions. In the literature review were analysed tendencies of woodworking industry nowadays in Latvia and the elsewhere world. It was concluded, that employees in woodworking industry are exposed to physical and psychosocial risks at the work. During the research work there were made measurements of physical risk factors in different workplaces. Measurements were made with multiparameter device “4 in 1”. Psycho-emotional climate in workplaces was evaluated. Stressors were found at the work and results were analysed. General risks in woodworking industry were analysed. There was concluded, that employees from the investigated woodworking company mostly suffer from high level of noise, local palm vibration, low temperature, and also increased stress in work was observed. Preventive actions and practical recommendations were made.
