Abstract

Ciklodola tablešu aktīvās farmaceitiskās vielas kvantitatīvā satura noteikšanas metodes izstrāde. Stapkēvičs S., darba vadītāji mag. ķīm. K. Kuprevičs un prof. A. Vīksna. Darbā izstrādāta un validēta a/s Grindeks tablešu „CYCLODOL 2 mg” aktīvās farmaceitiskās vielas triheksifenidila hidrohlorīda šķīšanas spektrofotometriska noteikšanas metode pH=4,5 buferšķīdumā, kā arī apkopota informācija par dažādām triheksifenidila hidrohlorīda kvantitatīvā satura noteikšanas metodēm. Apskatītās metodes pamatā ir bromkrezolzaļā koncentrācijas izmaiņa, kas rodas analizējamo šķīdumu, kam pievienots bromkrezolzaļā šķīdums, ekstrahējot ar metilēnhlorīdu. The thesis describes the developement and validation of a spectrofotometric dissolution method for a/s Grindeks pills „CYCLODOL 2 mg” active pharmaceutical ingredient trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride in pH=4,5 buffer solutions and summarises various quantitative determination methods of trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride. The method is based on bromocresolgreen concentration changes, that occur after a mix of sample and bromocresolgreen solution is extracted with dichloromethane.
