Zur LanganzeigeZusammenfassung
Mikrobioloģiskās kvalitātes vadībai farmaceitiskam ūdenim ir svarīgi savlaicīgi pamanīt pasliktināšanās tendences.
Pētījuma mērķis bija izstrādāt statistiski pamatotus brīdinājuma līmeņa uzstādīšanas principus.
Darbs atspoguļo mikrobioloģiskos rezultātus, izmantojot membrānu filtrācijas metodi, divām attīrīšanas sistēmām: gatavo zāļu formu ražošanas nodaļai ar modernu sistēmu, aktīvo farmaceitisko vielu ražošanas nodaļai - tehnoloģiski sliktāku sistēmu.
Neatbilstoši rezultāti konstatēti 17 % gadījumu aktīvo vielu sistēmai tās kritiskajā punktā. Gatavo zāļu sistēmas rezultāti iekļāvās trīs standartnoviržu robežās- sistēma bija stabila un prognozējama, atšķirībā no aktīvo vielu sistēmas.
Ūdens mikrobioloģiskās tīrības brīdinājuma līmeņa pārsniegums atsevišķā punktā neraksturoja ūdens sistēmas stāvokli kopumā. Brīdinājuma līmeni var uzstādīt, norādot vidējā lieluma un standartnovirzes summu (<50 KVV/ml) visai ūdens attīrīšanas sistēmai.

Signs of deterioration in the water for pharmaceutical use must be noticed in time by microbiological quality control.
The objective of the present study was to establish statistically significant principles for alert level installation.
The results represented in this study were obtained using a membrane filtration method with two purification systems. Pharmaceutical formulation department used a modern system, while active substance production unit used technologically less advanced system..
Regarding active substance system, inappropriate results were observed in 17% cases. Results obtained from pharmaceutical formulation department were within the limits of three standard deviations – the system was stable and predictable compared to active substance system.
Exceeded alert level of water biological purity did not characterize the overall state of the water. Alert level can be adjusted by indicating the sum of average and standard deviation (<50 KVV/ml) for all water purification system.
Key words: Purified water. Microorganisms. Quality control. Alert level.
