Abstract
Klientu attiecību pārvaldība ir lietojumprogramma, kura ir izstrādāta lielajiem un mazajiem uzņēmumiem ar mērķi attīstīt un uzturēt ilgtrermiņa sadarbību ar klientiem.
Izstrādātās sistēmas lietotāji var ātri piekļūt klientu un kontaktu informācijai un sekot līdzi ar kontaktu saistītājiem notikumiem.
Projekts ir izstrādāts pēc ūdenskrituma modeļa. Sistēma ir realizēta, izmantojot HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP un Mysql programmēšanas valodas.
Customer Relationship Management is an application that is designed for large and small businesses to maintain long time cooperation with clients. The developed system users can quickly access client contact information and follow up on events which are connected to account. The project has been developed using waterfall model. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL.
