Tirdzniecības nozares uzņēmumu maksātspējas prognozēšana

Abstract

Šīs darbs ir veltīts Latvijas tirdzniecības nozares uzņēmumu maksātspējas izvērtēšanai un prognozēšanai. Kā galvenā problēma darba ietvaros tika izvirzīta tirdzniecības uzņēmumu maksātspēja ekonomiskās lejupslīdes apstākļos. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt un prognozēt Latvijas tirdzniecības nozares uzņēmumu maksātspēju. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 6 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba nobeigumā tika izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi par pētāmo uzņēmumu un tirdzniecības nozares kopumā maksātspējas esošo situāciju, nākotnes prognozēm, un tās uzlabošanu. Kā svarīgākie informācijas avoti dotā darba izstrādei bija izmantoti pētāmo uzņēmumu gada pārskati, Latvijas un ārzemju zinātnieku publikācijas. Darba apjoms 82 lpp, 10 tabulas un 12 attēli. Atslēgvārdi: maksātspēja, maksātnespēja, maksātspējas prognozēšana, finanšu analīzes koeficienti, maksātspējas ārējie ietekmējošie faktori.

This graduation work is devoted (dedicated) to the solvency predicting of the trade sector entities in Latvia. As the main problem in the graduation work is brought forward solvency of entities in the trading sector during the economic recession. The aim of the research is to explore and predict the solvency of trade sector entities in Latvia. The graduation work contains introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions and suggestions. At the end of the work were developed conclusions and suggestions about the existing situation, future forecasts and enhancement of them about researched entities and trade sector in general. As the most important sources of information for the development of the graduation work were used annual reviews of researched entities, publications of Latvias and foreign scientists. The size of the graduation work is 82 pages, 10 tables and 12 images. Key words: solvency, insolvency, solvency prediction, finance analysis ratios, outside solvency effecting factors.
