Eiro ieviešanas risku novērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Eiro ievešanas risku novērtējums”. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt pašreizējo situāciju un novērtēt eiro ieviešanas iespējamos ieguvumus un zaudējumus Latvijā. Izdarīt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus par eiro ieviešanas plusiem un mīnusiem, galvenajiem riskiem un ar to saistītām problēmām. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors izpētīja eiro valūtas būtību un vēsturiskās attīstības vispārējo raksturojumu. Autors apskata eiro ieviešanas mehānismus un EMS darbības principus, kā arī ieguvumus un zaudējumus, ieviešot valūtu. Darba otrajā nodaļā autors izpētīja eiro ieviešanas iespēja Latvijā, ka arī Māstrihtas kritēriju izpildi un iespējamos ieguvumus no eiro ieviešanas. Darba trešajā nodaļā autors analizēja citu valstu eiro ieviešanas pieredzi. Darba ceturtajā nodaļā autors izpētīja eiro ieviešanas riskus, izmantojot ekonometrisko analīzi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lapaspusēm, tas satur 8 attēlus un 3 tabulas. Rakstot bakalaura darbu tika izmantota mācību literatūra, publicētā statistiskā informācija, publikācijas laikrakstā un internetā, likumi.

Theme of this paper is „Risk assessment of introduction of the euro”. The purpose of the paper is to make a research about euro introduction and risks, to become familiar with European monetary system, to analyze experience of participating countries, to assess the risks in the countries, that have already joined the euro area and Latvia, who wants to adopt euro. Make conclusions and suggestions about pros and cons of euro introduction, of main risks and problems connected with them. The paper consists of four parts, conclusions and suggestions, and list of literature. First part of this paper reviews the history of euro currency and its essence. Author reviews the development stages of European monetary, mechanisms of introduction of euro, gains and losses from it. Also reviews of EMS goal and system are made. Second part researches euro introduction possibilities in Latvia, implementation of Maastricht contract, and possible pluses from euro introduction. In the third part euro introduction experience of other countries is being analyzed. In the fourth part the author studied the risks of introduction of the euro, using the econometric analysis. Paper consists of 61 pages, 8 pictures and 3 tables. To write the paper author use educational literature, publications of statistical information, publications from newspapers and internet, laws.
